How do we store your data?
- SDesk Ltd securely stores your data in our Amazon Web Services European data centre
- SDesk Ltd will keep your Service Desk data for the amount of time you specify when signing up to SDesk. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by from our systems. If you wish to change this at any time, please email us at support@sdesk.co.uk
- Personal inforation is also stored in our GDPR secured CRM system

SDesk Ltd would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
