SDesk Ltd securely stores your data in our Amazon Web Services European data centre.
SDesk Ltd will your data for a minimum of 5 years. For tickets, this will be 5 years after the ticket has been resolved. For customer users, this will be 5 years after their last activity on the SDesk platform. If you wish to change this at any time, please email us at support@sdesk.co.uk.
Marketing
SDesk Ltd would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop SDesk Ltd from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the SDesk Ltd Group.
